Unlike the institutional feeling of a synagogue or a community center, the Chabad House at Stony Brook University is a home where the Rabbi and his family live - maintaining an open-door policy to all.
The Chabad House is a place of warmth - an example of a Jewish home to which all are welcome to join.
Alumni Shabbat
Dear friends,
Thank you all who came to the "Alumni Social" at Ken Abramowitz's Central Park apartment this past September.
It was such a nice night of catching up, socializing and learning from a high-profile CEO!
Now let's take it up to another level - an Alumni Shabbat at the Chabad House! Just like ole' times! For in this way, we can really continue the Chabad at Stony Brook community and not feel that after 4 years together we must say, "good-bye".
